About the company:
Our client is a fast growing, dynamic, Mobile Ad Network.

Description:
We are seeking an outstanding individual to join one of the fastest growing mobile ad networks to own and manage the Ad Operations function. The role will be responsible for the delivery of all campaigns across direct and indirect sales channels and optimisation of global mobile inventory.

Summary
• Single point of contact for all Sales and Business Development
• Work with media planning to deliver large client campaigns
• Own the ongoing operational relationship with partner ad networks
• Develop requirements to grow the ad operations function and feed product roadmap
• Determine appropriate strategies and models for optimising global ad inventory
• Administration and management of advertiser and publisher accounts
• Manage under and over delivery of traffic for campaigns
• Analyse and interpret campaigns for big clients; preparation of campaign insight documentation
• Proactively identify and solve issues with campaigns and / or traffic
• Fraud management
• Create and present regular campaign and traffic reports and KPIs

Candidate Requirements:
Requirements
• 5 + years experience working at a top ad network
• Expert understanding of the foundations of ad networks and display advertising
• Strong technical skills to support debugging and working through issues quickly
• Strong analytics and numerical skills
• Management experience to grow a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills for internal and external comms
• Assertive and confident working and managing third parties
• This is a global role so international experience is critical
