About the company:
With a diverse range of products and services my client is a leader in the mobile field. Their constant drive to create superior products and services for their customers has enabled them to become the “Worlds Best” in a number of their product areas. My client is now looking to recruit an experienced Online Marketing Manager who will work closely with the mobile product and content teams holding responsibility for marketing mobile services to new and existing customers.

Description:
You will be responsible for the online management of various websites specifically related to mobile products, applications and other services and communities. Activities will include customer acquisition, promotions, CRM, maintenance of product information, 3rd party service management and other activities related to mobile propositions.

Specific responsibilities will include:
• Day to day management for the website/s including updates to design and content and site optimisation, working closely with the mobile content team to source new mobile services and promotions
• Driving traffic to the site and generating revenue from mobile services
• Ensuring products are launched in a timely fashion with correct specifications and editing, collaborating closely with mobile campaign managers, agencies, product and content teams etc.
• Planning and activation of communications to customer database (email, SMS etc)
• Working closely with other website and online marketing managers to ensure harmonisations between the various related sites.
• Customer services management, working closely with customer services team to feed back on any issues, coordinate resolutions etc.

Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience within an online marketing role (or similar) working with consumer focused products/services
• Website management and newsletter management experience
• Internet savvy and a solid understanding of the online marketplace
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally in a related subject
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong team player who is confident working as part of an international team
• Knowledge/experience of the mobile/ telecoms industry preferred
• Experience in mobile web and mobile marketing would be a distinct advantage

Special conditions:
This role is offered as an 11 month contract. There is the potential that this could be extended however this cannot be guaranteed.
